Op een zonnige donderdagmiddag gaan we langs voor een Italiaanse lunch in Rotterdam-Oost. Werk in uitvoering Vicini is altijd een 'werk in uitvoering' gebleven. In den beginne was er naast het restaurant ook een winkeltje.
